The Bumi Pooja for the Guru Raghavendra Mritiga Brindavanam in Ipoh, Malaysia was successfully conducted on the 9th of April. The Guru Raghavendra Mritiga Society based in Ipoh, Malaysia is in the midst of building a Guru Peedham for Saint Raghavendra which will also house a shrine for Sage Agathiyar. The 2nd World Conference on Siddha Philosophy was conducted successfully in Chennai over three days under the patronage of Tavayogi Thangarasan adigal.

The Jayanthi celebrations for Sage Agathiyar began in Kallaru under the supervision of Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal with cultural dances and spiritual discourses on 15 December 2008 and ended with the yagam the next day. Sage Agathiyar's jayanthi is celebrated annually on Ahilya Natchathiram in the Tamil month of Margazhi.

The South Indian movie director Sokanathar shot the celebrations held in and around Kallaru. Viewers can expect to see these scenes once this serial is aired in television. The serial is entitled ' Sidha Bhoomi' which will take viewers on a trail of sidhas samadhi's and temple. Filmed in Malaysia and India this serial has the blessing of Tavayogi Thangarasan Adigal. Filming in Tiruvanamalai was conducted during the recent Kartigai Deepam celebrations.

1. Tavayogi is collaborating with a south Indian movie director Sokanathar in making a television serial entitled ' Sidha Bhoomi' which will take viewers on a trail of sidhas samadhi's and temple. Filming in Malaysia was completed recently. Filming in Tiruvanamalai is tentatively on 24th September 2008.

The First Conference of Sidha Principles was held successfully in Malaysia in 2006.

2. Tavayogi is in the midst of setting up a branch of the Sri Agathiyar Gnana Peedham at No 46, Vana Dhurga Nagar, Opposite NKS Theatre,Theni Malai in Thiruvanamalai.

The parent Peedham is at Agathiyar Vanam, Kallaru, Metupalayam - Ooti Road, Coimbatore.
